Nestled in the heart of James Street North you will find Bar Sazerac – a New Orleans inspired cocktail bar serving up NOLA style finger foods and cocktails. Operating since 2017, Bar Sazerac sources some of their menu from local vendors, including stalls at Hamilton Farmer’s Market and the Niagara Falls Tide & Vine Oyster House.
With most of the seating along the bar, it’s easy to get to know the bartenders and conversations are always flowing. A team of self-described cocktail nerds are on hand to tell you about their hand-crafted and in-house mixers and bitters.
