We are excited to announce that The Residences of Royal Connaught is this year’s recipient of Best Sales Office (1501 sqft & over) OHBA award. This honour was presented to Spallacci Homes at the annual OHBA Awards of Distinction on September 28th at the Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario.
Our team is proud and delighted with this award as it validates our vision and passion dedicated to restoring the grande lobby of the once historic Royal Connaught Hotel into this lavish, functional and simply outstanding Sales Centre as recognized by our colleagues, peers & most importantly our clients and purchasers that will have the opportunity to enjoy and indulge in the space as it serves as the future lobby of the Residences of Royal Connaught.
Having won the Best Sales Office at the HHHBA awards earlier this spring and now the OHBA award; Spallacci Homes looks forward to the possibility of representing Ontario at the CHBA National SAM Awards next spring in Kelowna, British Columbia.
