Spallacci Homes are extremely proud to announce that we are the recipient of the coveted 2014 City of Hamilton’s “BUILDING PERMIT SUBMISSION RECOGNITION OF EXCELLENCE” Award. This is the second consecutive award our company has received from the City of Hamilton having been the recipient of the “BUILDING INSPECTION” award in 2013. The award was presented by Frank Peter to Natalia Spallacci on Wednesday October 29th at at the HHHBA Annual General Meeting hosted at the Hamilton Golf & Country Club.
The City of Hamilton evaluated its critera and acknowledged the level of detail and accuracy with each permit package submission including the accuracy of fee calculations and the thoroughness and completion of each package submission.
Being recognized amongst our colleagues and peers for such an award is very gratifying as it reinforces our motto which focuses on “attention to detail” and demonstrates that this motto is carried forward from inception at time of planning & development through construction and passed on in our finished homes.
